Once you have imputed the information for all the employees, you can now download the employee time & attendance records from the Bioelectronix device to the TimeKeeper 2000 software program.

To download records follow these steps:

·     Open the software, input your user ID and password.

In the middle of the page in the Reports section, click on the DEVICE TO PC COMMUNICATOR button, (figure 1a) this will open the communications window. (figure 2a)

·     At this step you should already have created the connection for your device. If not refer to the guide for “PC communication to your device” section in your manual.

·     Highlight your connection and click connect then you’ll be prompted to input your password. After you have entered your password if you are successfully connected, you should see the device data and also the connected successful indication.

Once connected, go to "Setting Parameters" and click time synchronization. This will sync the computers clock with the Timeclock.
